    Rang to advise that on receipt of my flowers one bunch was so damage I could not use any of them. Person was quiet rude so asked to speak to someone above this person and was told I speaking to the owner and that my small florist business was "insignificant in the overall scheme of their profit margin". I was not rude or demanding and actually said I was quiet happy with the rest of my order except the one bunch of flowers but was made to feel that even though I am only a small client my business is not important to her business and that I could take me business else where.
